Constance Fields, M.D. received her Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Florida. She received her medical degree from Northwestern University Medical School in Chicago, Illinois in 1982.

Dr. Constance Fields trained at Rush-Presbyterian-St. Luke’s Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois completing her internship and residency in internal medicine and her first cardiology fellowship. She then went on to study interventional cardiology at Tufts-New England Medical Center Boston, Massachusetts. While there she participated in many research projects and co-authored several scientific papers. She continued on as an assistant professor in interventional cardiology at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital, an affiliate of Tufts-New England Medical Center, in Brighton, Massachusetts.
Dr. Constance Fields joined Cardiology Associates of Boca Raton in 1993. She is an active member of the medical staff at West Boca Medical Center and Delray Medical Center. She is Board Certified in Cardiology. Dr. Constance Fields is also a Fellow of The American College of Cardiology and other medical organizations in Florida.
