Jay Baker, MD


Jay Baker, M.D. received his Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University. He received his medical degree from New York Medical College in 1985. Dr. Baker trained at Montefiore Hospital at Albert Einstein College of Medicine where he completed his Internship and Residency in Internal Medicine in 1988. He completed his Cardiology Fellowship at Westchester County Medical Center, New York Medical College in 1990.

Dr. Jay Baker joined Cardiology Associates of Boca Raton in 1991. He has served as Chief of Staff and as member of the Governing Board at West Boca Medical Center. He has actively served as a member of numerous medical organizations including Palm Beach County Medical Society and the American College of Cardiology. He is an active member of the medical staff at West Boca Medical Center, Delray Medical Center, and Boca Raton Regional Hospital.

Dr. Jay Baker is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiology and Nuclear Cardiology. He is a Board Certified member of the American Society of Nuclear Cardiology. He is presently a fellow of the American College of Cardiology. His areas of interest include clinical cardiology, nuclear cardiology, lipid management, and preventative cardiology.

Dr. Jay Baker was born in Brooklyn, New York in 1959 and has been in practice with Cardiology Associates since 1991.
